1. PURPOSE OF NEUROWEAN
NeuroWean is intended for educational, habit-tracking, behavioural-support and self-help purposes related to smoking reduction or cessation.
Depending on the version and features available to you, the App may allow you to record smoking, cravings, urges, behavioural events and progress; set or view goals; and access app-generated recovery summaries, indicators, recommendations or forecasts.
NeuroWean is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older.
2. NOT A MEDICAL SERVICE
NeuroWean is not a medical service or healthcare provider. It does not provide clinical diagnosis, psychiatric care, therapy or psychotherapy, or medical treatment. NeuroWean does not claim to be a medical device.
Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient or other healthcare-provider relationship.
The App is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Speak with an appropriate professional about smoking cessation options, medication, withdrawal symptoms, other health conditions or any questions about your care.
3. APP-GENERATED SCORES, INDICATORS AND FORECASTS
Scores, stages, trends, risk indicators, recommendations, recovery summaries and forecasts generated by NeuroWean are informational estimates based on information entered into or generated within the App.
These outputs are not a diagnosis, clinical assessment, medically validated measurement or guaranteed prediction of your health or recovery outcome. They may be affected by incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent information and should not be treated as a definitive assessment of your health or smoking behaviour.
Do not use App-generated information as a substitute for professional medical advice or as the sole basis for decisions about diagnosis, treatment, medication or urgent care.
4. INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCES AND OUTCOMES
People experience smoking reduction, cessation and recovery differently. Your experience and outcomes may depend on many factors, including your health, smoking history, circumstances and access to support.
NeuroWean is an optional self-help tool. Use of the App does not guarantee that you will reduce or stop smoking, avoid relapse, experience a particular recovery stage or achieve any specific health outcome.
5. NOT AN EMERGENCY OR CRISIS SERVICE
NeuroWean is not an emergency service or crisis-response channel. It is not designed to monitor emergencies, provide emergency medical assistance or summon help.

You are responsible for decisions concerning your health and wellbeing. Use NeuroWean only as one optional self-help tool and seek professional guidance when appropriate.
